I have some of those too. I use mind to put rice, beans, buttons, beads and Stash tea bags, any thing you like.
You could use them to put different small things like buttons or safety pins in, or you could decorate the outside and fill them with candy to give as gifts, or another idea would be to make yourself some bath salts/sugar scrubs and either keep for yourself or give as gifts. Have fun the options are endless with these types of jars. Jennifer
I would use them for bulk spices, herbs or beads! You could also fill them with layers of different colors of sand to give as gifts! (I forget what those are called, but they are really cool).
I could pretend that my first thought was to give you a practical use for them...but honestly...I saw them and thought "you should hit the candy aisle and fill them with colorful gum drops and jelly beans...and what not"...but that is the non "dentally correct" or diet conscious (not that you need to be) answer...not to mention I wouldn't envy you if the kids got a hold of them one day and went on a sugar binge!
Organize your buttons by color. I love sorting things by color. It could be super cute in your craft room.
My momma uses them for candy like you guys' grandma used to do with Orange slices and chocolates and now the little heart candies for valentines day!!
I have some exactly like this.
I've used them at Christmas to put homemade bath salts in, and give them away as gifts.
Print off some of your favorite pictures and display them inside the jars.
Buttons, embellishments, beads, or nuts , prunes, raisins on the table near to reach as snacks.
