Italian Potato Fries

Italian Potato Fries
Slice potato into 8ths, rinse and thoroughly dry Drizzle with Oil (I prefer Avocado Oil because of the light flavor) Sprinkle with Garlic Salt and Italian Seasoning and Toss together Bake at 400 for approx 30 minutes, turning occasionally Garnish with Parmesan Cheese Serve with Pesto or Marinara Sauce Try it Ole' Style Sprinkle potato with taco Seasoning Serve with your favorite Salsa

Those look really good. I have 3 potatoes left in the sack. This will be the way to finish them off. I even have pesto in the fridge, yea!
P.S. I need some square dishes. I love yours!

Yum! One of my faves. I usually dice them up though so they cook a little faster. I'm not very patient.
