I'm getting Plastic Surgery!

I'm getting back into the routine of going to the gym. Blek, I hate working out. My iPod battery was low last night and I realized how much a good song can motivate me. So without further ado,,, here are my top ten motivational songs for working out. These songs can always get me to move a little faster. Stronger - Kanye West Pump It - Black Eyed Peas Whoomp! There it is - Tag Team Disco Club - Black Eyed Peas Hollaback Girl - Gwen Stefani Glamorous - Fergi Wind it up - Gwen Stefani Damn Girl - Justin Timberlake Hey Ya! - Outkast Get the Party Started - Pink
I need more motivation, what is your favorite song to get you moving?

Thunderkiss '65 by White Zombie always gets me pumping. I love Gwen Stefani, but I prefer her No Doubt stuff :) I restarted a gym routine...then went off and caught the flu! I'm so stuffed up I can hardly breathe...so no running for me this week.

I would recommend Marky Mark & the Funky Bunch "Good Vibrations" that always got my bootie shaking in college. But, to enter the new millenium and confirm I am a true hipster I like Sean Kingston's "Fire Burning" -- I imagine I am "that little shorty burin' on the dance floor". Good luck! I'm pulling for you (as I read from my laptop stuffing my mug with cookies!)

Brookie listens to Gwen Stefani's "Sweet Escape" before her soccer games.

And good for you for working out. I need to do that...someday.

It's nice to know I'm in good company. You girlies really understand me. Why are you saying that Shelly? Because I have both of those songs on my "Workout" Playlist. They both motivate me!
